Jamie Martin Wilson is a 300+hour Certified Yoga Teacher with 23 years of practice and 19 Years of yoga and meditation teaching experience as well as reiki, yoga nidra and nutrition. She provides group classes as well as mentors yoga teachers.
After working several decades as a pathology lab manager, Jamie incorporates her background of Anatomy to the class. Her knowledge of alignment principals helps her guide students safely, allowing them maximum benefit from the practice. Compassionately specializing in sensitivity to individuals with varyingphysical abilities and expectations for those that want to be challenged; beginner or intermediate.
Jamie's work integrates yoga and mindfulness; her teaching style offers clear progressive instruction, with an emphasis on body awareness, leading to personal transformation. As someone who has suffered through breast cancer, she has experience in recovering from real life traumas.
