Jamie Martin Wilson is a Senior Level Certified Yoga Teacher with 27 years of practice and 22 Years of yoga and meditation teaching experience as well as reiki, and yoga nidra. She provides group and personal classes as well as mentors yoga teachers.
After working several decades as a pathology lab manager & researcher, Jamie incorporates her background of Anatomy to the class. Her knowledge of alignment principals helps her guide students safely, allowing them maximum benefit from the practice. Compassionately specializing in sensitivity to individuals with varying physical abilities and expectations for those that want to be challenged; beginner or intermediate.
Jamie's work integrates yoga and mindfulness; her teaching style offers clear progressive instruction, with an emphasis on body awareness, leading to personal transformation.
