for ages 16 to well-seasoned adults.

A group of wonderful people whose goals are to improve their well-being.
Yoginis are encouraged with appropriate variations
and challenges.
Join us in a 6-week (75.00) session of yoga practice
where you will be encouraged & nurtured
in becoming your personal best through awareness.
Classes canceled due to inclement weather are made up at the end of the session.
This is a progressive class, no drop-ins are permitted
and it is not pro-rated. Refunds are not given.
BEGINNER & INTERMEDIATE LEVELS
*Beginners Must be able to easily get up & down from the mat with ease
and support your own weight.
*Intermediates Must have experience & a solid knowledge of basic asanas
& adequate endurance.
1 (65 min) class per week
During warm pleasant temperatures, some classes will be outside
Studio is closed for the month of August
Intermediates: Tuesdays 5-6:05 pm & Thursdays 5:30-6:35
Beginners: Fridays 9-10:05 am
All sessions are currently filled.
The next session begins the week of April 04th
